# Sharing and collaboration

> Learn how CloudEval AI handles private work, invited collaborators, and share links.

CloudEval is built for review and communication, not just individual analysis.

## Collaboration roles

Projects support three roles:

* Owner
* Editor
* Viewer

Owners manage sharing and team access. Editors can contribute to project work. Viewers are read-only.

## Visibility modes

CloudEval supports:

* Private access
* Restricted sharing with invited users
* Public read-only access through share links

## Share links

Share links are designed for review, not editing.

Current share views include:

* `preview`
* `code`
* `split`

Shared project pages can expose read-only files and the latest report snapshots. Review what is in the project before publishing a link.

## Embed support

Projects can also generate embed links and iframe snippets. Use that when you want to place a project view inside another internal surface without handing over editing access.

## When to use which mode

* Use private mode during active drafting.
* Use restricted sharing for internal review.
* Use share links when the project is appropriate to share and the audience only needs read-only access.

## Next step

Read [Share links](/reference/public-sharing) for the exact behavior, or use [Share results with stakeholders](/workflows/share-results-with-stakeholders) for the recommended workflow.
