# Sign-in and onboarding

> Fix the most common Cloudeval AI access and onboarding issues before they block setup.

    Try this first:

      <Step title="Finish onboarding">
        Complete all required onboarding steps before retrying the original destination.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Refresh the session">
        Sign out and back in, then retry the original page.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Confirm the account">
        Make sure you are signing in with the same account you used to start the flow.
      </Step>

    If the issue persists, include the callback URL and timestamp in your support request.

  <Accordion title="I signed in but do not see the expected projects" icon="folder-x">
    Possible causes:

    * You are in the wrong account.
    * The projects were shared with a different email.
    * Onboarding completed under one identity and later sign-ins used another.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A shared link works for someone else but not for me" icon="link">
    Check whether the project was shared:

    * publicly as a read-only link
    * privately through an invite

    If it is invite-only, make sure the invite was sent to the same email address you are using to sign in.

  <Accordion title="When to escalate" icon="life-buoy">
    Contact support if:

    * the same user is stuck across multiple browsers
    * access loops continue after re-authentication
    * a known good invite still fails for the intended user
