# Reports and billing

> Resolve failed report runs, missing cost output, and credit-related blockers in CloudEval AI.

    Check:

    * whether the project has usable synced or imported data
    * whether the project scope is correct
    * whether your account still has credits for the requested action

    If the project itself is incomplete, fixing billing will not help.

    Possible causes:

    * the project input did not produce enough usable pricing data
    * the region or currency choice is not what you intended
    * the project source itself is incomplete

    Start by confirming the project source before you assume the pricing engine is wrong.

  <Accordion title="I hit a credit limit sooner than expected" icon="coins">
    Review:

    * your current plan
    * whether you are on a day pass or recurring subscription
    * how many report reruns or sync operations were triggered

    The Billing tab is the source of truth for your current entitlement and usage state.

  <Accordion title="Team or enterprise checkout is missing" icon="building-2">
    That is expected today. Team and Business are not available for in-app purchase yet, and Enterprise is handled through Cloudeval directly rather than checkout.
