Where do I find AI Guide?
Open a project in Preview, then select AI Guide beside AI Chat. You can also use Guide this view with AI in the diagram toolbar. Start with the AI Guide walkthrough.
The diagram is empty or still loading
Wait for the project to finish loading. If a connection error appears, use the displayed retry action and confirm that the project source is available. A guide needs project context; an empty canvas is not evidence that the infrastructure is empty.
If the problem persists, see Connections and sync. Avoid repeatedly starting tours while the graph is unavailable.
The guide could not be planned
Close the guide, confirm the diagram has loaded, and try starting it again. If the same error returns, continue reviewing the diagram and contact support with the approximate time, project type, selected view, and exact visible error. Include a screenshot only after removing private information.
A loaded diagram does not guarantee that the guide service is available. Retrying the same action indefinitely will not resolve a persistent service problem.
Why is a chapter Partial or Unavailable?
The source does not contain enough evidence to answer every part of the question. For example, a template can describe resources without showing live traffic, application behavior, or operational recovery tests.
The full tour retains its chapters so you can see these gaps. A focused-question chooser may offer fewer topics. Neither an unavailable chapter nor a missing relationship is proof of a misconfiguration.
Why does a documentation link not prove the answer?
Provider documentation describes general behavior. Project evidence describes the loaded resources and configuration. Use both, and verify applicability before treating a documented capability as enabled in your project.
Why does narration sound different?
When the preferred voice is unavailable, the guide may use browser voice. Quality varies by browser and available voices, and progress timing can be estimated. Read the guide without narration if you prefer, or stop and restart listening. If no sound plays, check browser audio and device output settings.
Why did playback pause?
Exploring the diagram can pause playback so the narration does not move ahead while you inspect a resource. Use the available playback control to continue, or use Next to move manually.
The diagram is too small or off-center
Use Reset View in the diagram toolbar, then zoom as needed. Start with Architecture for boundaries and Dependency for relationships. On a large project, investigate a smaller resource context instead of trying to read every edge at once.
Does AI Guide edit my cloud or compare every revision?
No cloud resources are changed by following a guide. Closing it restores the starting diagram view. The ordinary project tour does not automatically compare revisions or prove runtime health. Check Interfaces and workflows before relying on a separate comparison or review workflow.
