Symptom: a report stays pending or fails

Check:
  • whether the project has usable synced or imported data
  • whether the project scope is correct
  • whether your account still has credits for the requested action
If the project itself is incomplete, fixing billing will not help.

Symptom: cost output looks empty or thin

Possible causes:
  • the project input did not produce enough usable pricing data
  • the region or currency choice is not what you intended
  • the project source itself is incomplete
Start by confirming the project source before you assume the pricing engine is wrong.

Symptom: I hit a credit limit sooner than expected

Review:
  • your current plan
  • whether you are on a day pass or recurring subscription
  • how many report reruns or sync operations were triggered
The Billing tab is the source of truth for your current entitlement and usage state.

Symptom: team or enterprise checkout is missing

That is expected today. Team and Business are disabled for launch unless backend billing configuration marks them sellable, and Enterprise is handled through CloudEval directly rather than in-app checkout.
