Symptom: I can sign in but keep landing back in onboarding
Try this first:
- Finish all required onboarding steps.
- Refresh the session and retry the original destination.
- Confirm you are signing in with the same account you used to start the flow.
If the issue persists, include the callback URL and timestamp in your support request.
Symptom: I signed in but do not see the expected projects
Possible causes:
- You are in the wrong account.
- The projects were shared with a different email.
- Onboarding completed under one identity and later sign-ins used another.
Symptom: a shared link works for someone else but not for me
Check whether the project was shared:
- publicly as a read-only link
- privately through an invite
If it is invite-only, make sure the invite was sent to the same email address you are using to sign in.
When to escalate
Contact support if:
- the same user is stuck across multiple browsers
- access loops continue after re-authentication
- a known good invite still fails for the intended user
