Symptom: I can sign in but keep landing back in onboarding

Try this first:
  1. Finish all required onboarding steps.
  2. Refresh the session and retry the original destination.
  3. Confirm you are signing in with the same account you used to start the flow.
If the issue persists, include the callback URL and timestamp in your support request.

Symptom: I signed in but do not see the expected projects

Possible causes:
  • You are in the wrong account.
  • The projects were shared with a different email.
  • Onboarding completed under one identity and later sign-ins used another.
Check whether the project was shared:
  • publicly as a read-only link
  • privately through an invite
If it is invite-only, make sure the invite was sent to the same email address you are using to sign in.

When to escalate

Contact support if:
  • the same user is stuck across multiple browsers
  • access loops continue after re-authentication
  • a known good invite still fails for the intended user
